The Beeb is linking to the climateprediction.net project (more about the project). This is great news for the awareness of grid computing as the BBC has a huge audience both on TV and online. It’s also good news for the climate, I guess.

Although it’s a really great project my Windows boxes (at home and at work) will continue to use World Community Grid. I might migrate my Macs though (you can’t do it on the Mac via the BBC but you can at climateprediction.net) and if I do I’ll be sure to blog it.
