Hey Rich,

This blog already has RSS feeds and (Feedburner) email updates.

The reason they’re not visible is that in repairing this blog – see this post – I deleted all plugins and reverted to WordPress’ default theme. Thus, all my tweaks have temporarily disappeared.

Oh, and when this post was published Facebook and Twitter weren’t yet alive – in fact, I guess Mark and Evan were still in high-school. LOL

However, I won’t be developing this blog for reasons linked to above. I will be leaving it up for posterity, though – oh, and to show folk I’ve been blogging since ’05

Can you add in an RSS feed, or an email subscription utility? How about Facebook and Twitter buttons? Or, maybe, are you linked to Facebook and/or Twitter? Not being pushy, just trying to be constructive.

I’ve been using iWPhone (in combination with WordPress Mobile Edition for other handsets) myself, but never really was satisfied with the mobile-compliance of it’s HTML-ouput. Recently I’ve switched to Mobilepress, a great plugin which not only does the job of iWPhone & Mobile Edition, but also produces much better HTML. I’ve compiled some advice on how to get even better optimized code from Mobilepress:

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your suggestion; no, I hadn’t seen it. I’ll check it out. Actually, I was considering IronKey. It’s recommended by Steve Gibson in episode 135 of SecurityNow. I’m a big fan of Steve Gibson; if he thinks it’s secure then it’s about as secure as anything available.

Have you tried this instead of the encrypted spreadsheet, a portable password keeper that is encrypted.

Great tip i also found that If you want to take the rule off the Top/Heading row use this formula:

=IF(ROW()>1,MOD(ROW(),2)=1)

Which means apply the rule to every row bigger than 1.
Which will apply the formatting to everyrow apart from the top row.
