Talks are ongoing to develop new ideas, with a crematorium for Gainsborough and a composting plant closer to residents living in the fringe villages, near Lincoln, under construction.
These two locations are only c. 20 miles apart. Surely, in these austere times some clever soul at the Council will see the idea that is blatantly starring them in the face: combine both facilities into one and, as it were, kill two birds with one stone.
Now, from where should I collect my reward?
